Brunel SuiteCromwell RoomTea Room

Brunel Suite

A large, self-contained, purpose-built, separate suite set on the left hand side of the hotel. It has a private entrance, a bar, cloakrooms, patio doors and air-conditioning. The room is elegantly styled and has high ceilings to add to the light and airy feel of the room. Large enough to hold theatre-style meetings for up to 250 delegates, classroom style for 120 delegates and boardroom style for 60 delegates.

This room is large enough to divide into smaller areas to hold smaller breakaway groups.

Cromwell Room

A medium sized room set in the heart of the main hotel with its own private entrance. Tastefully decorated in neutral colours with wood paneling and parquet flooring. It has a high ceiling with windows for natural daylight. This room can accommodate theatre-style meetings for up to 70 delegates and boardroom style meetings for up to 24 delegates.

Tea Room

An intimate room for up to 12 people set off from the main reception with doors to the main bar area and reception. Our Tea room is ideal for small board meetings, interviews and training sessions.


We offer different delegate packages when booking our conference rooms and all packages include room hire, blotter pads and pens, overhead projector with screen and flip charts. Water and cordials are also set out for each delegate in the room.
