Our Wedding Packages are tailored to ensure that your special day has everything you need. We currently offer two all-inclusive packages to choose from.
These can be altered or new ones tailor-made to suit your budget or requirements. If you would like a specific quote, the hotel are very happy to do this.

FOOD
When choosing your menu, you need to select the same dish for each person for each course. Vegetarians and other guests with dietary requirements will happily be catered for separately. Our staff are fully aware of all food allergies and you only need ask for further information should you need.

GUEST NUMBERS
Each wedding room has minimum numbers required for your wedding breakfast as follows: Brunel Suite: 80, Cromwell Room: 40 and Brasserie: 40. Should your numbers fall short of these we are still happy to accommodate you, however an additional room hire charge will apply.

GUEST ROOMS
Once you make your wedding booking we will provisionally book you 10 rooms for your guests. These rooms are held until 3 months before your wedding date. At this stage unconfirmed rooms will be released on general sale. Your guests should call up and quote the name of the wedding party to take up the discounted rates offered to wedding parties. WEDDING TASTER

As part of our wedding service we invite the Bride & Groom-to-be for a taster meal two months before your wedding. At this taster, we allow you to try two different dishes for each course along with our house wines. At the taster session the dishes you try will be presented as they would be on your special day.

You will be invited to come in by the Manager and you will be asked to select which two dishes for each course you would like to have. There is an opportunity to amend dishes at this stage should you desire. A form for completion will be sent out with your confirmation letter.

  • Discounted room rates for your wedding guests: 10% discount on 1 night, 15% on 2 nights or more.

A Wedding isn’t complete without little people and we try to provide them with a meal they will enjoy.

You are welcome to have several choices to suit each child’s requirement.
Little people meals are normally served after the main starters so parents can assist if needed. For older children, aged 12-16, we are happy to serve smaller portions of the main wedding breakfast should you wish.
Soft drinks are available throughout for little people.
