Firstly, Slepe Hall Hotel would like to offer our congratulations on your engagement and forthcoming wedding. Now that you have decided to get married you will have a massive list of things to do!

Most important on the list is to choose your reception venue. Privately owned and run, Slepe Hall Hotel offers a combination of a beautiful venue, a private garden for photo opportunities, fantastic food and wine for you and your guests and a perfect one-on-one personal service from our Events Team for your very special day. Every wedding or civil partnership is different and personal to you. The Hotel Manager has more than 15 years experience organising weddings of all sizes and is available to help plan your special day every step of the way from the first initial meeting, right through to the last dance of the evening.

Four of our rooms have been granted the license to hold civil ceremonies as well as your wedding breakfast; from an intimate gathering of 12 friends and family to a larger celebration for up to 250 guests. Your entire special day can happen in the same venue.

THE BRUNEL SUITE

For up to 250 guests the Brunel Suite is a self-contained function hall to the left rear side of the hotel and is perfect for holding a large wedding reception as it offers superb facilities for a totally self-contained room. The ceremony can be hosted for up to 250 people then while you are having your photographs taken we will transform the room into your dining room. This room has its own cloakrooms and a super bar, which means after your wedding breakfast we can transform the room again into your own nightclub to party the night away. The suite also benefits from its own private entrance ideal for arriving guests. It has ground floor access from within the hotel, making it ideal for less mobile guests and for those requiring wheelchair access.

The room can have a multitude of ways for seating with the Wedding Party Top Table in any location. Round tables are then scattered around the room. If required the room can be partitioned to accommodation smaller party numbers than 250. Hire Cost £500.

The Restaurant

THE BRASSERIE RESTAURANT

For your wedding breakfast the Brasserie Restaurant will accommodate up to 45 guests for a sit down meal. It is situated just off the entrance lobby. and benefits from overlooking the gardens and terrace. A Wedding breakfast held in the brasserie must have vacated this room by 5.30pm.

The room is light and airy benefiting from two sets of French doors which open onto the patio and garden areas, ideal for summer time. Hire Cost £300.

THE CROMWELL ROOM

Accommodating up to 50 Guests the Cromwell Room is ideal for a medium sized wedding celebration. This old school room is timber panelled offering a traditional style with a modern twist. This room will accommodate up to 50 for a sit down meal or for a buffet. This room will also accommodate a small disco and a private bar if required. The room is situated behind and separate from the hotel bar area and has its own separate, ground-level entrance ideal for arriving guests.

A runner table can be placed in the room’s centre which is ideal for smaller numbers or for a large numbers of guests can be placed as a traditional
top table with smaller tables for your guests around the room. Hire Cost £200.

THE LIBRARY

Seating up to 16 people The Library is the perfect private room for intimate, small wedding parties for close-friends and family. It is located adjoining to our lobby and main hotel bar with doors closing off both areas for privacy.

The windows overlook the front of the hotel and the bar is obviously located next door. If your wedding is near Christmastime it may even be dressed already in a Christmassy theme. Hire Cost £100.

HIRE THE HOTEL

It is possible to hire out the whole of the hotel for your wedding reception. This includes the Bridal Suite and special rates can be arranged for your wedding party which will include breakfast the next morning. Please contact us for more details.
