Salary: Market (AAE)
Duties: Reporting to the House Shift Manager. Work unsupervised and/or with a team of 3 others in a busy hotel environment, be able to take orders accurately, prepare, serve drinks and associated products to a high standard.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will be confident, sociable, self-motivated and as a minimum be aware of licensing laws and trading standards. A knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP certification is an advantage but not essential.
Working pattern: The days and times of work will be on a rota basis over 7 days.
